Domestically we offer Free Shipping on orders over $100 after discounts have been applied. Domestic Free Shipping orders are shipped by Ground Economy service that will arrive in 7 to 16 business days. These ground orders can be upgraded to either Ground Express for $12 or to 2-Day Air for $18.

Duties, taxes, and other fees are determined by the customs agency within the destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient. These fees will be due at the time of delivery and are non-refundable. If the recipient fails to pay applicable duties and taxes, the package will be abandoned, and Kauai Coffee will not refund the abandoned order, including shipping charges and fees.
