How long does it take to process my order before it is shipped?Updated 9 months ago

Orders are processed Monday - Friday, excluding holidays.

• Air and Overnight orders are processed the same day when placed by 1:00 PM Eastern/10:00 AM Pacific time, or if placed on weekends or holidays, will ship out on the next business day.
• Orders with Ground & Economy International shipping are typically shipped within 2 business days. 

Note: Processing times increase during sales events and the holiday season for domestic Ground & Economy International shipping methods which could delay your shipment. 

If the order contains a back-ordered item, the shipment will be held until all items are in stock. This may delay the order by several weeks or longer.
