My order is past the estimated delivery date, what should I do?Updated a year ago
We understand this can be frustrating when your order exceeds the estimated delivery date. Delivery estimates are based on working days, Monday through Friday.
Delayed parcels typically are delivered within 1-3 additional working days.
Occasionally packages may have been physically delivered while tracking information indicates the item(s) have not yet been delivered. In this case, thoroughly check various doors and with any neighbors where the parcel could have been left by the carrier.
Shipping delays are often the result of:
- Extreme weather events.
- Incorrect or incomplete address information. Please double-check the address entered on the order.
- Carrier operational issues.
- Holiday periods in which delivery timeframes can increase by several working days due to a higher volume of parcels shipping.
- For international orders, shipping delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays in customs clearance can increase delivery timeframes provided at checkout or within tracking information.
