Transit time is measured in business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Transit times are estimates and not guaranteed. Once an order has shipped, severe weather, natural disasters, and other conditions can disrupt services and cause delays.
Order processing - Orders are processed Monday - Friday, excluding holidays.
- Air and Overnight orders are processed the same day when placed by 1 PM Eastern/10 AM Pacific time or, if placed on weekends or holidays, will ship out on the next business day.
- Orders with Ground domestic & Economy international shipping are typically shipped within 2 business days.
Note: Processing times increase during sales events and the holiday season for Ground & Economy International shipping methods which could delay your shipment.
If the order contains a back-ordered item, the shipment will be held until all items are in stock. This may delay the order by several weeks or longer.
