Kauai Coffee Return Policies

For items purchased from a grocery store or other online retailer

For Kauai Coffee products purchased at a grocery store or other online retailer, please contact the grocery store or online store the item was purchased through. Alternatively, you may call 888.246.2598 with questions or comments.

For items purchased from the Kauai Coffee Visitor Center

With Kauai Coffees' food safety program, there are restrictions on how coffee and food items are returned. Not to worry. We are here to help. For assistance, please call us with your question or concern related to your coffee purchase from KauaiCoffee.com, (888) 346-4048 .

Brewing equipment, apparel, and gift items can be returned within 30 days for a refund or exchange, provided it is unused and in the original packaging. 
Note: some brewing equipment has additional return restrictions that are noted on their respective product page. 

If you experience issues with brewing equipment from one of our trusted partners after 30 days, please reach out to them directly.

To return or exchange brewing equipment, apparel, and gift items purchases, please:

1. Please contact us by phone at (888) 346-4048  to obtain a return authorization number.
2. Include a note about why the item is being returned and if you would prefer an exchange or refund.
3. On the return shipping label, please be sure to include the return authorization (RA) #. Return shipping must be prepaid by the customer.
4. Package the item securely and mail it within 30 days of purchase to:

Exchanges and refunds are processed within 2-3 business of receiving the returned item.

Note: we are unable to exchange or refund coffee that has been custom-ground at the time of ordering. When choosing a specific grind type, please ensure it is suitable for your machine or brewing method.
