Can I apply points to a subscription order?Updated a month ago

There is a way you can redeem points, however it requires a simple work around. Simply skip the next subscription order, see instructions below on how to do so and then place a regular order in place of the subscription order.

Below are the steps to skip a subscription shipment. In addition, you can also:
  • Schedule orders to ship on specific dates
  • Or have a subscription order ship immediately
  • Change the delivery frequency in weekly intervals from 1 week, up to 16 weeks
  • Or indefinitely pause your subscription
Steps to skip a shipment:
  1. Sign in to your account by clicking on the Account link.
  2. Once you have signed in and are on the Account page, click on the Subscriptions link.
  3. On the Manage Your Subscription page, you will see the Billing schedule menu, which lists upcoming shipments.
  4. To the right, there is a button titled Skip payment, click this will skip that shipment.
  5. After clicking on Skip payment, the button is titled Unskip payment.
