When will I receive my order?Updated a month ago

Transit times listed below are measured in business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Transit times are estimates and not guaranteed. Once an order has shipped, severe weather, natural disasters, and other conditions can disrupt services and cause delays.

Orders are processed Monday - Friday, excluding holidays.

  • Air and Overnight orders are processed the same day when placed by 1 PM Eastern/10 AM Pacific time, or if placed on weekends or holidays, will ship out on the next business day.
  • Orders with Ground & Economy International shipping are typically shipped within 2 business days. 

NoteProcessing times increase during sales events and the holiday season for Ground & Economy International shipping methods which could delay your shipment. 

If the order contains a back-ordered item, the shipment will be held until all items are in stock. This may delay the order by several weeks or longer. 


Domestic Shipping

Same-day shipping on 2-Day Air & Overnight when placed Monday - Friday before 1:00 PM EST.

Processing time for Ground Shipping is generally 2 business days. Processing time increases during sales, promotional events, and the holiday season

Canada and International Shipping

Same-day shipping on International Priority when placed Monday - Friday before 1:00 PM EST.

Processing times for International Economy shipping is generally 2 to 3 business days. Processing times increase during sales, promotional events, and the holiday season.

* Duties, taxes, and other fees are determined by the customs agency within the destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient. These fees will be due at the time of delivery and are non-refundable. If the recipient fails to pay applicable duties and taxes, the package will be abandoned and Kauai Coffee will not refund the abandoned order, including shipping charges and fees.

For orders shipped through the US Postal Service by the Ground Advantage service, the delivery time frame and status updates specified in the tracking information link can be inaccurate and may not reflect the current location of your package. We ensure your order will be delivered within 8 business days from the date it shipped! 

Although the time frame specified will remain inaccurate, the location status may properly update several days after it has shipped, showing the package's proximity to the delivery address. To view the location status click on "See All Tracking History" as shown below:
