I need to edit my order?Updated a month ago
If your order has not shipped nor is in the final stages of processing, we can assist you with updating or changing quantities by starting an online chat from the bottom of the page. If it is after hours, leave a chat message, and we will handle your request and respond by email.
- Removing items from the order:
- Provide us with the order number and your email address.
- In addition, please let us know which product and quantities you wish to remove from the order.
- A credit will be issued for these items.
- Adding a new item to the order:
- Provide us with the order number and your email address.
- In addition, please let us know which product, quantity, color, and size you would like to add. If there is a specific grind option you prefer, please include that as well.
- For the additional amount due on the order, a payment link will be sent by email for you to confirm the order change, and enter a payment method for the additional amount. Kauai Coffee does not retain credit card information.
- When the original order is canceled, a full credit is generated to the original payment method.

- Increasing quantities of an item already contained within the order:
- Provide us with the order number and your email address.
- In addition, please let us know which product and quantities you would like to increase.
