If you are unable to see your Ohana Perk points, either of the following solutions should enable you to see the Perk points once again.

During Checkout. These are common reasons customer cannot see their points at checkout:

1. Ensure you are logged into your Kauai Coffee Online Account by clicking or tapping on Log in. 
2. Many customers using the Firefox browser are unable to see points at checkout. We recommend trying a different browser if you are using Firefox.
3. If the steps above have not resolved this concern, we recommend clearing the browser cache and cookies. This often resolves the issue. To clear the cache and cookies, search online for the steps to do this within your specific browser's settings.
4. In addition, Ohana Perks members have been able to see their points when switching to a different device, such as from a desktop or laptop to a phone or tablet.

If you are an Ohana Perks Member, at the bottom of the account page, you should be able to see your points balance, a link to the rewards history, a list of ways to earn points, and details of our referral program. 
2. Next, we suggest clearing the browser cache and cookies. This often resolves the issue. To clear the cache and cookies, search online for the steps to do this within your specific browser's settings.
3. Many customers using the Firefox browser are unable to see points on the account page. We recommend trying a different browser if you are using Firefox.
